Initial Interview
Once you passed our screening stage. We will have to assess your skills and experience aligned with our clients demands as well as your availability, willingness to learn, and adaptability to virtual work environments. -
Final Interview
After you passed our initial interview, we will set you up for an interview with our client to ensure compatibility. You will be evaluated on how well you’re aligned with the client's working style and preferences. -
Onboarding
Hooray! This is the moment we’ll set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for the virtual assistant. Establish regular check-ins and communication channels to facilitate a smooth transition and effective collaboration.

Part-Time Position: 20 Hours per Week
Responsibilities:Experience preparing and booking with forwarder FULL SET of shipping documents for sea and air shipments ( Not Couriers)
Handle inputting orders into system
Issue invoices and track payment
Create graphics and good at wording on flyers
Follow up production and issue purchase orders for products
WordPress – WooCommerce experience would be great to enter orders.
Stripe experience
College Graduate
Import/Export trading experience in consumer products
Customer Service experience answering emails from clients
